  • Read the following terms and conditions, as they are binding for all operations connected to the activities purchased by the customer.
  • By purchasing or joining the recreational activities promoted by BUTTAFUOCO&FERREIRA, LDA (Game Over Lisbon) and PIBG BUILDING EVENTS LDA. (Outdoor Escape Games) you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified in this document.
  • If resulting from intent or negligence even if slight of the user, the owner of the Escape Room Indoor and Outdoor activities, its agents or employees will not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage, caused in the location related to the Escape Room Game, physical space of the Game Over Lisbon store in Rua de o Século 4B 1200-235 Lisbon, or to the outdoor or indoor game in any other place than Game Over, nor for any claims, refunds or exchanges for any reason, including, without limitation, cancellation or postponement of the Escape Room Game.
  • The claimant voluntarily and expressly agreed to participate and/or play the Outdoor and Indoor Escape Room Games at his or her own risk, assuming that he or she will take all the necessary precautions for his or her own safety, namely and as an example, in outdoor activities, he or she must comply with all traffic rules (vg. traffic signs, attention to traffic, etc.) and orders issued by authorities or similar orders.
  • The owner of the Escape Room (Game Over Lisboa and Outdoor Escape Games) does not guarantee the reliability, precision, integrity, timeliness or the freedom from errors of the product, content and materials included, used or deployed on the site if they are the result of the user's fault or negligence. If a product, content, or material is not as described through your fault or negligence, you expressly waive the right to claim any damages and/or losses, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages arising out of such use or reliance on the description of the product, content or material.
  • All personal items and belongings must be stored in the lockers provided for this purpose, which is a mandatory requirement before the activity begins. In particular, it is expressly prohibited to bring cell phones, smartwatches, or any electronic or light-emitting devices into the rooms, except for duly authorized medical devices and after prior communication with staff.
  • The storage and safekeeping of personal belongings are the sole responsibility of participants. The owner of Escape Room Game Over Lisboa and Outdoor Escape Games, as well as its employees or agents, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of personal items, inside or outside the premises. By entering the premises and participating in activities, participants assume full responsibility for their belongings.
  • The Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games owner, including all employees or agents, shall not be liable for any risk, danger, safety and/or security to the Escape Room Game arising from your fault or negligence. You are responsibility for your own personal safety, bodily condition, disease transmission, or health condition while participating in and/or playing the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games. The owner of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games expressly warns you that the Games may be dangerous and risky, and you declare that you are aware of such dangers and that you will declare any exposure to special risk (allergies, heart disease, etc.) and unsafe. It is up to you to confirm, ensure and protect against your bodily condition and personal safety while participating in our games and other indoor or outdoor activities.
  • You undertake to complete our games in accordance with the instructions and rules specified by the owner, staff, or agents of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games. Otherwise, the owner of Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games, including the employees or agents, will have the right and power to refuse you access to or continuance in any activity.
  • Except as expressly authorized you may not record or capture any photograph, video, or audio recording during the Escape Room Games. If such recording activity is suspicious or found within the premises, the Escape Room owner, including employees or agents, shall reserve the power, authority and consent expressly granted by you to delete, remove, or transfer such recording to any device, media or hardware owned by Escape Room. Copyright in such recordings shall be automatically granted by you to the owner of Escape Room.
  • You undertake not to carry or bring dangerous items into the games/venue, including but not limited to explosive items, weapons or items considered dangerous or harmful to other visitors to the venue. If such an item or object is found, the owner of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games, and also the employees or agents, will have the power, authority and consent expressly granted by you to remove and confiscate such item or object, and to refuse you entry to the activities by reporting you to the relevant authorities if necessary.
  • You must not enter the premises under the influence of drugs or intoxicated, and the owner of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games, including its employees or agents, reserves all rights and powers to refuse you entry to the activities. If you are under that influence, the owner of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games, including the employees or agents, shall have the power, authority and consent expressly granted by you to remove and confiscate such alcohol, drug, or substance of a similar nature without any compensation, repair or damage and shall reserve all rights and authority to take such legal action as may be necessary to secure the reputation of the declarant.
  • The company retains the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including any content of the activities from time to time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The following terms apply to the use by any visitor or user of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games and should be read carefully before any use.
  • Escape Room Game Over Lisboa and Outdoor Escape Games make every effort to provide the most current and accurate information on their website and on site. However, in case of discrepancy, the information described here prevails over that provided on the website.
  • The declarant may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any information obtained from Game Over Lisbon.
  • You are not allowed to link or use all or any part of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games site for any fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or objectionable purpose.
  • You accept that the Internet is not completely safe. Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games will take all appropriate steps to protect the security of any payment card information, although Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games will not be liable for any damages you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.
  • BUTTAFUOCO&FERREIRA LDA. (Game Over Lisbon) and PIBG BUILDING EVENTS LDA. (Outdoor Escape Games) are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including lost profits or revenue, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement goods or services, loss of or damage to data or business interruption, arising from any use of the games/location.
  • Groups of minors are permitted but not recommended, and their participation is always subject to the express authorization of their parents or legal guardians. Minors under the age of 14 (fourteen) may only participate if accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 (eighteen) or older. This adult will be considered a participant and, as such, will count towards the maximum number of participants allowed per room.
  • The trademarks and logos displayed on the site are the property of BUTTAFUOCO&FERREIRA, LDA.
  • You are not allowed to use them without the prior written permission of Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games and accept that such use may constitute a material breach of the owner's rights.
  • These Terms and Conditions and any contract entered into incorporating these same Terms and Conditions will be governed by Portuguese law.
  • Declarant acknowledges that all secrets and other important details of our games are trade secrets protected by the Intellectual Property Law.
  • You also agree to keep all information obtained confidential and refrain from disclosing or publishing all information, in whole or in part, to any third party. You assume to understand that Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games wish their players to tell their friends about the game experience but agree not to harm the game experience of others by exploiting or sharing game secrets and commercial information.
  • You agree to handle Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games's facilities and property (iPads, all materials within the Action Pack, etc.) as carefully as possible and accept that the owner of Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games is entitled to full compensation if you cause damage or injury to the room, puzzles or furniture. You also understand that Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games have the right to terminate the game at any time if any of the players violates the 'House Rules', endangers the safety of themselves and or others, or refuses to follow the instructions of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games staff. You further understand that if Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games terminates the game for a legitimate reason, no refund will be issued.
  • Declarants (Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games) do not tolerate any bullying or harassment of any kind against their employees, customers or users of the venue, activities, and establishment.
  • Only people at least 18 years of age can book a game.
  • It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of your booking commitments.
  • Refunds or cancellations due to incorrect booking schedules, delays, or failure to show up for the scheduled appointment will be at the sole discretion of the owner of the Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games.
  • For outdoor games, we reserve the right to charge the respective rescheduling and refund fees, in the same way as for other indoor games, i.e., escape rooms, regardless of uncontrollable external conditions (such as, and especially, weather conditions). It is your responsibility to check the conditions up to 2 days before the game and proceed with the rescheduling or cancellation of the game, without any additional fees being applied. If the rescheduling request is made the day before the game, we will charge a fee of 20% of the total amount paid. On the day itself, we apply a fee of 30% of the total amount paid. If the cancellation request is made the day before the game, we will refund 70% of the total amount paid. On the day itself, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid. All requests, whether for rescheduling or cancellation, made up to 2 days before the game date, will be made without any additional fees being charged.
  • The birthday discount offer is valid for seven (7) days before and seven (7) days after the participant's birthday, including the birthday itself.
  • The discount is limited to one use per day per individual. If the birthday boy or girl makes more than one reservation on the same day, the discount can only be applied to one of the rooms reserved.
  • Only one birthday discount per room will be allowed, applicable exclusively to groups with a minimum of five (5) participants.
  • At the time of booking, one less participant must be registered, and on the day of the game, the birthday boy or girl must present a valid ID at the counter for verification and application of the discount.
  • The discount can only be requested at the time of booking or in person on the day of the game. After the game has taken place, it will not be possible to apply the discount retroactively.
  • The customer acknowledges and accepts that cake celebrations are only allowed for a short period of time, as the space is not intended for birthday parties. A small celebration with a birthday cake is only permitted in the lobby area, which is shared with all other customers, on weekdays between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and on weekends and holidays between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
  • The customer also declares that they are aware that the staff are not responsible for supervising or caring for children, and that it is the sole responsibility of those accompanying them to ensure their safety and appropriate behavior within the premises.
  • Escape Room Game Over Lisboa reserves the right to request the immediate departure of customers in the event of excessive noise, inappropriate behavior, or disruption to the normal functioning of the premises.
  • You are fully responsible for entering your details correctly on the Online Booking Form. By submitting the Online Booking Form, you guarantee to Escape Room Game Over Lisbon and Outdoor Escape Games that all the details you provide are true and accurate, and you will be alert to any fact that might jeopardise your safety (for example, serious problems with eyesight, locomotion, etc).
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks and food to the indoor activities.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult per game. Although children are allowed in the rooms, Game Over Lisbon recommends that all members are at least 16 years old or older.
  • Users in their activities, whether indoor or outdoor, will use all the caution, prudence, and everything else necessary to ensure their safety and that of others involved.
  • By participating in any activity, the declarant assumes knowledge of and compliance with these terms and conditions.
