At Game Over, you won't find amateur sets or simple paper-and-key puzzles. Our games are fully automated, featuring advanced electronics and Hollywood-quality set design. We are also an internationally recognized brand offering a premium fully bilingual service (Portuguese/English).

Safety is our absolute priority. Although the story simulates that you are locked in, all rooms are equipped with an emergency button (Panic Button) that instantly opens the door at any time. The rooms are also monitored in real time via cameras and audio by our Game Masters.

We have rooms for all types of players! We offer intense horror and psychological thriller experiences (not recommended for families or pregnant guests), as well as adventure, mystery, and fantasy rooms that are perfect for families, beginners, and children. Check the fear rating and difficulty level on each room's page before booking.

No! All our puzzles, clues, audio, and video content are fully available in both Portuguese and English. If you're visiting Lisbon or playing with international friends, you can enjoy the experience without any language barriers.

Your Game Master closely monitors you through cameras. If you need help or run out of ideas, they will send text or visual hints to the room's screen to help you progress without breaking the flow or immersion of the game.

The process is 100% online and secure. Simply go to our booking page, choose your preferred location and room, select the date and time, enter the number of players, and complete the payment. You will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of your session.

Yes, we allow rescheduling or postponing your booking at no extra cost, as long as you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations and refunds outside this period are subject to our general terms and conditions.

Don't worry! As long as the total number does not exceed the room's maximum capacity, additional players can join your group. The remaining balance for the extra players will be settled directly at reception before the game starts.

We ask all groups to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled time. This is essential for preparation: using the restroom, storing belongings in lockers, and completing the mandatory safety briefing.

Since we operate on consecutive bookings and strict schedules, any delay may be deducted from your total game time (the 60 minutes) so as not to affect the following teams.

It depends on which of our Lisbon locations you are visiting. Both are centrally located and have excellent access:

Due to the realistic and immersive nature of our set design (which may include narrow corridors, uneven thematic flooring, or passages that require bending or crawling), some rooms are not fully accessible for wheelchair users. We recommend contacting us before booking so we can suggest the most suitable room for your needs.

The minimum recommended age varies depending on the room and its theme. Horror/suspense rooms are recommended only for players aged 12/14+ due to their intensity. In adventure and mystery rooms, children aged 10 and above can enjoy the experience, but players under 14 must always be accompanied by at least one participating adult inside the room.

Some experiences include specific visual effects such as flashing lights (strobe lighting), complete darkness, and sudden sound effects. We advise against these rooms for people with photosensitive epilepsy or serious heart conditions. In such cases, please choose our rooms focused strictly on mystery and logic.

Yes! We have excellent logistical capacity for large corporate events, allowing multiple teams to play simultaneously in different rooms in a competitive format. Of course! It's a very original and fun option. You can book multiple rooms at the same time for your group of friends. Note: we do not have a dedicated party room for food or cake cutting on-site, but the gameplay experience makes for an unforgettable celebration. If you wish, we can try to hide a small surprise inside the game (contact us in advance).

You don't need to bring anything into the game—phones, bags, and coats are stored in our private and secure lockers. No prior knowledge is required; everything you need to escape is in your mind and inside the room itself!
