Online payments are accepted with: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard. We accept MBNet/MbWay Temporary Card. Reservations are subject to approval. You will receive an email with the booking confirmation. You will also receive an email with a link to fill in your team information. (Mandatory).
All participants must arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time to check in (if necessary) and receive the Briefing.
If players arrive after the scheduled start time of the activity, game time equivalent to the delay time
will be deducted.
The player assumes all responsibility for any damage caused to Game Over'srooms/facilities and/or to himself.
It is mandatory for children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult who has to be a player.
- Up to 2 days before the Game:
No refund or rescheduling fee will be charged;
- Until the day before the game:
A fee of 30% of the total payment amount is charged for the refund and 20% for the rebooking.
- On game day:
A fee of 50% of the total payment amount is charged for the refund and 30% for the rebooking.
No pictures or videos allowed to be taken inside the rooms, if you do then you will be escorted out the room immediately and will not be allowed to finish the game.
