1 - What is an Escape room?
A: This is a collective mindgame, an intellectual team game in which players will have 60 minutes to escape the room by solving puzzles and working as a team. And why do they want to escape? Well, this depends on the context and plot of each thematic room. They may be victims of a psychopath, explorers trapped in an ancestral temple, secret agents on an enemy base, among others. Further information about the rooms can be found in "Scenarios".
2 - How do I make a reservation?
A: The reservation is made exclusively online. Once on our website, just click on the desired room and RESERVE NOW / BOOK NOW to have a calendar with all available days and times, updated to the minute (these times are predefined where changing them will not be possible). The reservation is only confirmed upon payment of the same reservation, if you make a reservation and the payment is not completed, the reservation will be canceled.
3 - How do I pay?
A: Following the reservation act, the payment page will appear when you press the "Continue to checkout" option. For now, our forms of payment are via credit card, MBWay and MB reference.
4 - What is the minimum and maximum number of players?
A: The minimum is 2 players and a maximum of 7 per room. The only exception to have 8 players will be if this group includes a child 8 years old or younger, otherwise 8 players won’t be allowed to enter the game.
5 - I already made a reservation and would like to add a player, is it possible?
A: Yes. Always respecting the maximum limit of 7 players, to add it is enough to arrive in advance in our store (15-20 minutes before the marking) and to complete the remaining payment of the extra players.
6 - Is there a minimum age to perform an escape room in Game Over Lisbon?
A: There is not. We get fans of escape rooms of all ages.
However there is a fundamental rule: it is mandatory that a group of children under 13 years old are accompanied in the room of an adult (making a limit of 6 children and 1 adult). The game will not happen without this requirement being met.
7 - What do I do on game day?
A: With the reservation and payment completed, just reach our store,
minutes before the reservation. Just mention the name of the reservation and the game, and one of our
Game Masters will show you our facilities, after brief minutes you will receive the briefing with a
Gamemaster and then the game begins.
You can even arrive more than 15 minutes in advance to enjoy our comfortable lounge and have a good freshly ground coffee.
8 - Birthday parties and other celebrations
A: We have birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties and various celebrations. The only consideration is that on Saturdays and Sundays, because they are our days with the largest number of reservations, with huge turnover of customers in our lounge, it will not be possible to use our space for more elaborate festivities with cake, food and drinks. 9 - Delays and Cancellations
A: As we work with fixed times, the delay of a game generates the delay of all subsequent ones. Due to this, delays are deducted from the game time of 60 minutes. The cancellation is possible, with 100% of the amount refunded when done up to 7 days before the date of the game. If made up to 3 days before, the refund will be 50% of the amount, after which, the refund will not be made.
10 - Can people with physical limitations participate?
A: No doubt about it. We do not want to leave anyone out and we
care about all
Our facilities are suitable for wheelchair users.
However, the rooms, depending on certain puzzles, may contain obstacles and we need to be transparent about this. So, we ask you to call us on 926 871 858, because we know that each case is a case and that specific clarifications are necessary for each of them.
11 - We do not speak Portuguese, can we play?
A: Absolutely, our staff is well prepared for a full service in English, be welcome and join us.
12 - Are there any Team Building activities?

13 - I would like to give a person an escape room experience, are there vouchers?
A: Yes, our vouchers have no expiration date and do not need to be noted at the time of purchase nor particular room date or time. Just indicate the number of players in the purchase. Both can be virtual, via code, as well as physical, where you receive a "Game Over" gift box when purchased in person at our store.
